Newark Playwrights Festival



This festival pairs high school and college aged playwrights with professional mentors to guide them from a new script to this presentation.



Submit your short play to the Newark Playwrights Festival, hosted by the NJIT Theatre and Technology Program! Selected plays will receive live staged reading on Wed Feb 12th at 7:30pm. It will be held in the Jim Wise Theatre in Kupfrian Hall on the NJIT campus.



Submissions are welcome from all current NJIT, Rutgers-N, Essex County College, and local Newark area high schools.
